This collaborative project between Cal Performances and the Berkeley Art Museum was completed in May 1998. The Interactive University website contains a list of the "promising practices" for using the Internet to foster improved education and collaboration between arts organizations and schools. The information and recommendations contained here may be useful for: K-12 teachers when looking for educational resources on the Internet; museums and arts organizations when creating educational electronic resources; performing arts institutions, museums, and K-12 schools when planning collaborative educational projects that will make use of technology and the Internet; and the larger community of individuals and organizations wishing to make effective use of electronic educational materials.
