For his best-known recent film, Vachek fills two buses with outsiders—artists and intellectuals, including Ivan Martin Jirous, leader of the Plastic People of the Universe, and poet Andrej Stankovic—and drives to the historic town of Český Krumlov on the outskirts of the Czech Republic, debating political and cultural events along the way.
