Explorers’ Circle: Collection Visit with Norah and Norman Stone

Norah and Norman Stone invite you to a reception and guided tour of their home and art collection. Designed in 1927 by Arthur Brown, Jr. in the Beaux-Arts style, the house is filled with artworks from their internationally acclaimed collection, including Jeff Koons’s Vase of Flowers (1991); Hans Bellmer’s La Poupée (1938); and Marcel Duchamp’s L.H.O.O.Q. (1940), featuring the goateed Mona Lisa.
Following the tour, BAM/PFA Director Lawrence Rinder will lead a conversation about the art of building a collection.
